    Payments by credit card or PayPal will incur a surcharge of 3.4% of the total invoice value including VAT.
    This is out side our control and is imposed on us by the credit card possessing companies.
    We strongly recommend payment by Cheque or Bankers draft or Electronic Bank Transfer all of which are either free or only incur a small fixed fee ( the amount will depend on you bank).



    Currently we accept payments by PayPal .
    PayPal is an easy to use online payment processor that is compatible with all major credit or debit cards.

  3. Why do I have to register online for an account with you?
    This is so that you can buy online at any time, 24 hours a day. When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account. This means that you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
    You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area.

    You are still free to contact us by phone or fax if you prefer.

  4. Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
    Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched.
    You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.

  5. Can I view my previous orders online?
    Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be taken to your account area, where your previous orders will be displayed.

  6. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

  7. How do I get a copy of your Catalogue?
    Our website is our catalogue.
    It has all our latest offers and details of all our products.
    Plus you can place your order there and then online.

  8. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are normally processed the same day. All orders must have payment cleared be for they will be approved for delivery. If payment is made by cheque, delivery will only be approved once the cheque has been received and cleared. The order will be processed on recite of payment, but delivery will only be approved once the payment has been cleared. A cheque will normally take 4 working days to be cleared. Online payment using a credit card, cash or bankers draft will be approved for delivery on recite of payment clearance, normally the same day.
    Orders must be received before 4pm for processing the same day.
    Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next day.
    Orders received after 4pm on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday.

    Orders under £500 will incur a delivery charge.

    Large, heavy and fragile items require a little extra time and we will confirm likely delivery period with the order confirmation. For delivery outside the UK Mainland there is an additional delivery charge, which we can quote on your email acknowledgement. Also in the unlikely event that a product needs to be collected for return outside the UK, a handling charge may apply.

  9. Who delivers my order?
    All orders will be delivered by a courier company or directly by the manufacturer.
    You will be given details with your order acknowledgement.

  10. How do I go about searching for a product?
    You can go to Search and type in the product you are looking for, a product code if known, or by brand name.
    You can also browse through the categories listed on the home page.

  11. Is it safe to send my credit card details?
    Yes, when you register you create a create a user name and password that only you know and have access to. Secondly our site is encrypted, which is the process of converting data into "unreadable code". We also use firewalls to block unauthorised traffic to the servers. This means other users cannot look at your order whilst you are on our secure screens.

  12. Do you offer lease finance
    The answer is yes but not directly. We work with a number of companys to offer you the best deal possible.

    Obtain a quotation from us for the equipment you require then simply select a finance company from the list below and contact them for a finance quotation.
